00 Must be proficient in performing general radiology and fluoroscopy exams.
This includes portable and OR procedures, for patients of all ages from neonatal to geriatric.
Must be able to work weekends and rotating holidays.
Must be proficient in performing CT procedures.
Specific duties include performing the ability to provide appropriate administration of contrast material, prepare and operate CT equipment, accurately position patient to capture optimal images, ability to work as a team member, and follow infection control and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications ARRT(R) Registered or registry eligible with satisfactory completion of an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Two years clinical experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting required.
ARRT(R) Registered, BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart required , ARRT(CT) Registered or registry eligible certification required within 2 years of hire date.
