What You Will Do:
Certified Nursing Assistant Associate performs routine basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Certified Nursing Assistant Associate provides care and treatment appropriate to the age of patients served as detailed and determined through the unit specific scope of care, competency/skills checklist, equipment skills matrix and inservice training.
This would include but not be limited to cardiac monitoring set-up; identification of cardiac arrhythmias; notifying the registered nurse immediately of cardiac rhythm changes; and/or point of care testing, phlebotomy, competency-based intravenous therapy starts.
What You Will Bring:
Education High school graduate or equivalent strongly required Certification & Licensures Registry of the Board of Nursing as a Certified Nurse Aide required BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Healthcare Provider (HCP) - AHA approved required Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Attention to details required Ability to multi-task required Ability to provide patient care for all age of patients required What You Will Get:
